Working principle:

This machine is an oil pressing device that uses hydraulic oil as the pressure transmission

medium to squeeze the oil and then squeeze out the grease according to the principle of

liquid static pressure transmission. It is a closed loop system composed of two major parts:

the hydraulic system and the oil press body.  Applications

pressed : sesame, flax, peanut, wheat germ, corn germ, etc.;

walnut kernels, pine nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, olives, macadamia nuts, camellia

seeds, etc.;

pepper, mustard seeds, perilla, etc.

Maintenance

1. The motor of this machine adopts 220V power supply, and the heating and control

system adopts 220V power supply. According to customer requirements, it can also be

changed to 380V power supply. 2. In order to ensure the safety of the electrical system, grounding protection measures

must be adopted. 3. The hydraulic system of this machine belongs to the ultra-high pressure level, and the

maximum pressure is 60 MPa. It is strictly forbidden to use it at over pressure! It is

forbidden to adjust or dismantle it without authorization! Otherwise, it is very likely to

cause damage to the machine and injury to personnel. 4. If the pressure gauge is not working or damaged, it is strictly forbidden to start

production. Replace the new pressure gauge before starting the machine. 5. It is forbidden to repair electrical appliances during high pressure and pressure

maintenance. 6. During the operation, please strictly follow the operating procedures. 7. After the oil is fried, be sure to exhaust the smoke before squeezing, otherwise gas will

explode during oil squeezing, which will hurt people in serious cases. 8. After the oil is squeezed dry, the cake should be taken out immediately, otherwise gas

explosion will occur if the time is too long. 9. If the oil tank is clogged, please use the steel tape to clean and scrape it. 10. After using the new machine for one month, the hydraulic oil must be filtered and the

oil tank cleaned. The hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year. If it is not used for a

long time, please turn off the main power.
